ManagerKazuyuki MikamiAfter graduating from high school, he worked in restaurants until he was 25, and joined Wondertable Co., Ltd. in 2001. He was assigned to Barbacoa Aoyama main store, where he experienced both the hall service and the passador at Barbacoa, and in 2004 he obtained sommelier qualifications certified by the Japan Sommelier Association. In 2007, he became manager of Barbacoa Classico Marunouchi store, and subsequently became manager of the Aoyama main store and Shinsaibashi store, and manager of the Umeda store since it opened in 2015, before returning to the position of manager of the Shinsaibashi store in March 2024.
We will propose to our customers the perfect pairing of churrasco and wine.
