ManagerYūichi ItoAfter gaining experience in culinary, bartending, and service roles in the Yokohama area, joined Wonder Table Co., Ltd. in 2004. Over the years, held managerial positions in several brands and took on the role of Manager at Barbacoa Shinjuku store in June 2022. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my leisure time outdoors, camping, and traveling. I'm committed to sharing the authentic Barbacoa experience with everyone!
