Aoyama Flagship Store

The Aoyama Flagship Store boasts a spacious dining area accommodating 182 seats, divided into three zones: the main dining area, counter seating, and cellar side. Guests can enjoy a view of the Churrasco machine from both the main dining area and the counter seats, adding an interactive element to their dining experience.

    Ryoji Suzuki

    After graduating from a culinary school, gained experience in both kitchen and customer service at an Italian restaurant. In 2006. joined Wonder Table Co., Ltd. Over the years, experience at various establishments such as Union Square Tokyo, Obicà Mozzarella Bar, and Lawry's The Prime Rib, primarily focusing on Italian cuisine. In 2018, became the manager of Barbacoa Shibuya, followed by Barbacoa Classico Marunouchi, and eventually assumed the role of manager at Barbacoa Aoyama Flag ship store in 2022.


    Since the opening of the flagship store in São Paulo in 1990, I have been involved as a Passador. In 1994, during the expansion to Japan, came to Japan as a Passador Chef and played a key role as a member of the opening team at the Aoyama Main Store. As Barbacoa expanded its presence, took on the role of Head Chef, overseeing the Passadors.
    Starting in 2022, based at the Aoyama Main Store, aiming to ensure that many customers enjoy Barbacoa and also to spread awareness of Brazilian culture.


    After gaining experience as a Passador at the São Paulo flagship store, received an offer to work at the Aoyama Main Store following the expansion to Japan. Since then, worked at various Barbacoa locations, contributing to the development of Passadors at each establishment. Currently, based at the Aoyama Main Store, where my cheerful personality captivates many customers. Will continue to promote Barbacoa and strive to make many customers happy in the future.
