ManagerKazuya MochizukiOriginally from Nagano Prefecture, he made a name for himself during high school as a key player in the baseball team of Matsusho Gakuen High School, which competed in the Koshien tournament several times. Following his university graduation, he embarked on a career as a real estate salesperson. However, his fascination with the food and beverage industry led him to dream of running a restaurant that would bring joy to countless customers. In pursuit of this dream, he joined Wonder Table in 2017. After gaining valuable experience in Japanese cuisine and the Barbacoa brand, he assumed the role of manager at Barbacoa Shibuya in 2020. His mission is to establish a restaurant beloved by customers and to share the flavors of authentic Brazilian Churrasco.
