Thank you for your continued patronage of Barbacoa. At Barbacoa Osaka (2 stores in Umeda and Shinsaibashi), we will be offering dishes from Kochi at the salad bar from January 25th (Thursday) to February 14th (Wednesday).
Barbacoa aims to be the most delicious and fun salad bar in Japan, and is searching for ingredients from all over the country. As the first step, we will be holding a fair that focuses on Kochi.
Kochi is a land rich in seafood, mountain produce, and the bounty of nature. At this fair, we will be serving dishes using ingredients from Kochi at the salad bar only during dinner time. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the charms of Kochi's rich cuisine. We look forward to your reservation.
